This service is for current webwilly website clients who want to integrate a new email marketing platform with their webwilly website. This email marketing platform will have its own public website address. The client can access this platform to view their contact profiles, tracking information, and reports. An email marketing platform can be used to manage lists of contacts, send HTML email campaigns, view reports, manage automated marketing campaigns and more.

webwilly will import and manage strategic lists to properly segment the client’s customers in lists. As the client’s lists grow and users subscribe, different strategies can be used to segment the client’s lists. When starting a new email marketing platform in Quebec, it’s important to determine if you will segment your lists by language. It’s possible to have one list for French speaking subscribers and one list for English speaking subscribers. In terms of cost, it may be more advantageous to send one bilingual email to one bilingual list, instead of two different email campaigns for two different lists. It’s also possible to segment the email lists by language and send one bilingual email to both lists.

The webwilly email marketing platform will track email marketing statistics and contact activity. This information is useful for the client to make business decisions while comparing different campaign reports. When the client accesses the webwilly platform they will be able to view contact profiles with personal and tracking information. These profiles include information about the contact and statistics related to their use of the client’s emails and website. For example, the client can access a contact profile to review which website pages and which email marketing campaigns the contact viewed. A user account is required to access the client’s webwilly email marketing platform. Each service level comes with a user limit which allows the client to manage employee access to the platform.

The Email Marketing service level includes the setup and management of the client’s email marketing platform. This platform will be used by webwilly to manage the client’s email marketing campaigns, contacts, website integration, and more. webwilly will integrate this platform with the client’s webwilly website. Once this email marketing platform is setup by webwilly, the client can purchase email marketing campaigns, sold separately.
Email + Automated Marketing
The automated marketing service level gives webwilly the ability to create and manage automated marketing campaigns during the admin work hours. These campaigns are custom emails triggered when a specific action is made by a known contact visiting the client’s website. For example, if a contact visits a specific service page on your website and thus shows interest in this service, webwilly can trigger an automated email marketing campaign about this specific service to be sent to this specific known contact. Members of this service level can purchase automated marketing campaigns, sold separately, by purchasing a regular email marketing campaign and indicating the desired automated scenario in the design details. webwilly will use the work hours in the email marketing campaign service to design the email that will be automatically sent. Afterwards, webwilly will use the work hours included in this membership to program, manage and report on the automation.

The email marketing platform can be programmed to help the client connect directly with website visitors when they are visiting the client’s website. With the live chat service option, webwilly will integrate a live chat and site messaging system on the client’s webwilly website. This live chat can also automate messages to specific questions. The client can receive and reply to messages on the go with their smart phone. This becomes especially useful for businesses who benefit from building a personal connection with their customers. If the only feature that your business needs in this offer is the live chat, webwilly suggests you purchase a different chat feature by subscribing to the Facebook Ads Manager service which includes the Facebook messenger app integration. The advantage with the live chat feature included in this service is the integration with the client’s webwilly email marketing platform. Chat logs with existing contacts in the email marketing platform will be recorded in their contact profile. This live chat can also present automated messages to website visitors who interact with the chat.

The sales tracking service level gives the client the ability to organize their sales team using predetermined sales funnels following the client’s sales processes. Contacts will go through a series of stages that lead to closing a deal. The client can add lead scoring capabilities to their contacts using rules written by webwilly which will measure a contact’s potential of becoming a client. This sales tracking feature includes pipelines, stages, and deals that are used by the client’s sales representatives to share and organize business development efforts.
Domain Integration
To send email marketing campaigns that come from the client’s email address, webwilly will need to configure the client’s domain name. This server configuration is very important to reduce spam-like settings that could damage the client’s I.P. or domain reputation. It includes server configurations which will authenticate the client’s domain with DKIM and SPF authentication.
